By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules outlined below and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsors, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion.

SUBMITTAL PERIOD:
The 2020 Wedding Giveaway (“giveaway”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on July 22, 2019 and ends at 12:01 AM EST on October 21, 2019 (“Submittal Period”).  Contest entries must be received prior to the expiration of the contest entry period. Entrants agree to abide by these official rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern contests when submitting an entry form.
 

ELIGIBILITY & GUIDELINES:

Only those eligible will be allowed to enter the Dream Wedding Contest. This contest is open to legal 21 and older residents within 80 miles of the 40202 zip code.  Entrants must be in a service-based profession, such as military, teaching, or first responder. Employees, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, to the vendors outlined below (referred to as “Sponsors”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealerships and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win.

Only couples who are engaged to be married may enter to win and must be able to have their wedding on March 08, 2020. The wedding will take place at Passalino's, located at 207 W Market St Louisville, KY 40202. The package giveaway will cover up to 100 guests.  Any additional guest will involve a cash upgrade with certain vendors including but not limited to catering and décor. The winner of this contest must agree with all the participating sponsor’s availability, schedules, and guidelines. The package cannot be transferred and has no cash value. HOW THE WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED:

The contest winner will be notified LIVE at our annual Vine to Wine event held on November 13, 2019.  Winner must be present to win.  Applicants will be contacted using the contact information provided on their entry form, with 2 free tickets to this event. Contest winner will be required to agree on the Official Rules.  Noncompliance and inaccurate entry information will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be determined based on the criteria described above.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

•  Applicants must be in a service-related profession (such as military, first responders, and teachers!)

• Applicants must be present at our Annual Vine to Wine event to win.  

• Applicants must reside within 80 miles of the 40202-zip code.

• Prize package holds no cash value and may not be transferred.

• Applicants must be 21+ 

• Applicants must submit both parties contact names, contact info, valid email address, employer and picture.

Passalino's reserves the right to review and reject any entry at its sole discretion for any purpose and reason without notifying the entrant. By submitting an application, each entrant represents that they consent to the rules of the contest. Entrants must not submit materials that display obscenities, profanities, vulgar language, lewd behavior, nudity or any sexually explicit depictions or anything deemed to be offensive, obscene or inappropriate. Passalino's has the right to deem submissions inappropriate and can and will terminate the entrant from the giveaway.

COPYRIGHT RELEASE:

Passalino's and all sponsors are copyrighted.  Usage of any names without permission disqualifies the entrant from winning. 

LIABILITY RELEASE:

By entering the contest the participant agrees to release all parties and sponsors of the giveaway, to not be liable by every participant for any damages, injury, loss to person or property related directly or indirectly, to the acceptance, participation, possession, use or misuse of prize giveaway, anything that is contest related, or any other claim or cause of action the participant may have against the released party. All entrants will assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed by participating in any and every aspect of the Giveaway. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or release.  The winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on the prize.  IN NO EVENT SHALL PASSALINO'S BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER FOR THE FAILURE OF ANY SPONSOR OR VENDORS FAILURE TO PERFORM OR FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION.

TERMS OF CONDITIONS:

Without limiting the foregoing, Passalino's will have the irrevocable, royalty-free, fully perpetual right to edit, re-edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote, distribute create derivative works and otherwise use the entry and related materials in any way it sees fit.  Entrant hereby gives Passalino's and it's Giveaway sponsors, full permission and authority to use, publish and display the submission, as well as entrant’s name, voice, video or other likenesses for advertising or other related purposes in any media without additional compensation.

By submitting an entry form, each entrant hereby voluntarily and irrevocably releases and agrees not to institute any claim against Passalino's or it's Giveaway sponsors, or any of its affiliates, from any damages or expenses from any and all injuries, damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly with the Giveaway.
